In order to provide a healthy, trust worthy relationship we have set up a few policies that will be helpful. We guarantee a service where in no fuss and hassle is involved.
An important pointer you need to know. –Colors can appear different on different viewing devices because of their configuration and displays. This can cause differential arguments between the colors of certain products. Which is why we make it a point to make it clear that tones in real life and on your phone might differ, yet we at our end will try our best to deliver the product based on the mentioned expectations. Following are a few answers, these answers are are based off of questions that are frequently asked.
How does our returns policy work?
- The request for a return has to be made within a time period of 48 hours after the delivery of the product.
- If you are a customer located domestically (I.e India) the shipping charges will be borne by our company.
- Contrary if you are located overseas the “reverse shipping” charges will be borne by the you (the customer)
How can I initiate a refund?
Refunds are accepted along the following criteria:
- The product delivered is incorrect
- The product delivered is damaged
In case your situation meets the above criteria, the following needs to be completed in order to process a refund:
- A request for a refund needs to be initiated within 48 hours of the product being delivered.
- The amount refunded will be calculated after deducting the processing fee and the shipping charges ( subjective based on location)
- If you are customer residing in the United states or the United Kingdom, there will be no applicable shipping charges.
- If you are a customer and procure a residence in any other country than mentioned above you will be subjected to the particular shipping charges.
- The refund will take a period of 7 working days once the company receives the product in hand.
- The refund will be processed into the bank account that has been provided
What does your cancellation policy include?
We understand that sometimes a customers needs to cancel their order/orders. If you find yourself stuck in this situation, read the following pointers.
- The cancellation request needs to be raised within 24 hours. This ensures that the order has not been processed and can be canceled in an effective manner.
- Considering you cancel your order within “24 hours” “before processing” the amount will be transferred back into the required account.
How long do we take to ship a product?
- Any product order placed takes a maximum amount of 14 hours in total. Once the processing period is commenced the shipment period is in order.
- As an overseas customer the time period to deliver your product will be: 12-15 business days.
- Note:- All the Custom duties and the Import taxes are to be borne by customer. All the parcels will be shipped into DDU ( Delivery Duty Unpaid )
